Typhoon Chaba Wreaks No Damage, and Leaves Behind Lifegiving Water

Typhoon Chaba passed east of Komono, Japan, leaving no damage in its wake, and leaving much-needed moisture in the Komono area.

When asked how he felt about the storm, Komono resident and father of three wonderful children Dan Kirk said, "Great! We got some rain out of it. The news services damaged their reputation as reliable sources of information again by exaggerating the threat in order to drum up viewership. Would you like a cookie?"

In general local residents were happy that darn near everything planned was called off and they could stay home and relax.
